Clean and friendly service.
Overpriced fro the type of rooms.
Good location, but the room is small for the price you pay. Also had to pay a $20 over night parking fee on top of the price of the expensive hotel.

Clean, friendly.
Guests were unruly.
When we came to our room in the evening there were three girls sitting in the hall. They were noisy and maybe drunk. Some other young people arrived and went into rooms and the girls went into the room beside us with three men. We called downstairs and they moved us to another room. In the change of rooms I left my camera in the first room. After checking out the next day I realized that I didn't have my camera. I called the hotel and they said they would call me back if they found it. They did not call back so I went to the hotel. At that point they found my camera and returned it to me. We have stayed at this hotel before and really liked it but this stay was less than satisfactory. Unfortunate. read more

Interior design, comfortable bed, helpful staff.
Valet-only parking.
This trendy yet comfortable hotel is close to many Dallas hot-spots. The rooms are immaculate, as is the lobby and everything other part of the hotel. The beds are comfortable and rooms are supplied with l'Occitane toiletries. Staff was very helpful, providing everything we needed. A nice addition is the spa next door, which is top-quality. Worst part is the $20 mandatory valet, but understandable given the lack of parking. read more

I liked the coffee bar in the mornings; the wine at 5:00; the locations is great yet the rooms are very quiet.
No coffee maker in room. Self-parking not an option-valet is $18/night.
This is a very chic hotel in a great location - close to many restaurants and North Park Mall. The decor is very clean and crisp and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Great beds, very friendly staff and
comfortable rooms.
Expensive valet parking.
I continue to impress with this hotel, especially the staff. I had a problem with my heater and the safe and they were fixed in no time. The rooms are small but really stylish and comfortable and very well appointed, with a mini bar, safe, flat screen TV and nice decor. The beds are really comfortable with fretted sheets. Helpful staff and this is the best hotel in Dallas hands down. read more

The bed and bedding were very good and the space in the bedroom and bath were excellent.
We were placed near the elevator and heard the elevator and people throughout the first night.
This was a very nice hotel with excellent room space but make sure to be placed in a room far from the elevator.

Very clean, beautiful & comfortable. Nice touch was the evening wine gathering & morning coffee/tea in lobby.
Nothing, it was perfect.
It was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and all the staff were very nice. I really enjoyed the wine gathering in the evening & coffee/tea in the morning.
