Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast over at 9:30am.

We stayed at the Westin the night before and the rooms are the same. The Holiday Inn staff is much more friendly. Westins lobby is nicer but just how much time does anyone ever spend in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.
