Quiet & conviently located to the college for my daughters graduation.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and convient as well. Location was good as well for my purpose of visiting.

Was not informed that there was no hot water and manager told employees not to refund anyones money.

I will NEVER stay at another Best Western again.

There was no railing in the hot tub; my sister-in-law and I fell getting in to it.

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.
Nothing major, but the decor could use some updating.

The Comfort Suites met our expectations. It was clean, and comfortable. No major complaints.

The room was great, the bed was heaven.
We had 5 pillows, but it was more like 2, the pillows were small and too soft.

Great stay, the room was great, easy high way access. The continental breakfast was good.

Conveniently located to University of North Texas.
Carpet was worn/torn.

The room was large and adequately furnished although not a true suite. We just needed a bed so the room amenities were not important to us. Our stay was fine but I expected slightly better grade of hotel for what we paid.
