access to floor/room was hindered by non working elevator and no working ice machine on our floor

very good location, Room was very small with limited leisure sitting only had 1 chair which could not be positioned to view TV. Not enough electrical outlets at bedside to accomodate medical equipment

GREAT STAFF and ROOMS! They were full but found a great room for us anyways.

The hotel treated us to happy hour in their hotel. The were able to take care of everything and our room was GREAT!

The location was convenient.
There were hairs on the floor and shower when we arrived. Also toothpaste on one of the hand towels. Stains on the toilet.

This hotel is too high priced for the quality of the room. My parents stayed at a 2 star hotel and it was much cleaner and more modern. The hotel rooms need an extreme make over, the carpet was gunky. There were hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. One towel had toothpaste on it, a few others were old and torn. The carpet, furniture, linens need to be replaced. Will
