Location.

The sign in the bathroom about not using the linen to clean your gun was a bit scary. And the staff instructing me to not to tear the room up was a bit unprofessional.

Could tell the room wasn't cleaned real good.

There was no hot tub. There was no way that you could take a nice bath in that. There wasn't a iron or a ironing board and the drink machine was way across the other side of the hotel. The room smelled musky and we took the blanket off the bed because it smelled.

Firm bed and quiet.
Somewhat dated.

The bed was comfortable. The room was good for someone needing just a place to bath and sleep. No frills.

Staff friendly, good location.
The room floors were filthy, your feet would be black from walking around bare footed. There were ants on the vanity. The shower did not work good.

There were ants on the bathroom vanity. The floors were filthy, if you walked barefooted, your feet would be black. The shower faucet did not work properly. The staff were friendly. I will not stay there again.

The check-in person (friendly) let us check-in a couple of hours early for our convenience.
The continental breakfast is a little skimpy, but better than nothing.

This hotel's staff is very polite, friendly, and accommodating. Though it is far from a fancy hotel, it definitely meets your needs as a leisure traveler to Fredericksburg. The hotel rooms have both a refrigerator and microwave, are clean and attractive, and the hotel is located right on Main Street, where all the action is. My wife and I stay here every time we visit. Also, the price is very completive with the other hotels on the main strip. read more

Air conditioning was not working when we arrived. It took the managment over an hour to resolve the issue and offered no compensation.

Room was over priced, run down, poorly maintained.
