At Days Inn Galveston, we offer a choice of either a room with a king size bed or a standard room with two queen sized beds. All rooms carry HBO, CNN, and ESPN. Also, Refrigerators are available upon request. We also have an outdoor pool for you to enjoy and relax by. We are conveniently located off the Interstate and within a few miles of such attractions as the Historic Strand District, Moody Gardens, and the gulf beaches. For our business travellers, downtown is also only a few miles away as is the University of Texas Medical Branch and Texas A&M Galveston Campus. Our senior citizen guests always receives a 10% discount off rack rates. read more

Nothing fancy but it was nice enough for the price. Had a pool. Was there on a Sunday night so it was not busy. Would stay there again.

Pool.

Service was great and friendly staff. Overall nice stay, only disappointment was in believing we would have access to large pool, as it turned out it was not very big at all. Other than that stay was pleasant.

One couple's room the lock bolt didn't work.

Curb appeal is awful.

Once we saw the hotel, we tried to locate another room. Your info states check in as 12:00; we were greeted with a snobby attitude and pointed to a sign on the wall that said check in is at 2:00.

Most everything went well on this trip, we stay at hotels all the time and this one is a good place to stay.
We had a game boy misplaced out of our room while we were gone for the day.

All was good except for the game boy disappearing out of our room, the manager. & staff was friendly and helpful to try and locate it but we did not. All I can say is secure your things when you travel.

Convenient location.
No Internet, only 10+ TV channel, need code to use TV remote.

Convenient location -- right off the highway, 3 miles from downtown area. Not so good facilities. AC is noise.

Nothing good to tell.
Badly in need of updating! Carpet in room was almost to the point of sticky guck!

Would work if nothing else is available, But as for our family, we will never stay there again.
