It kept us out of the cold.
The staff was the most unfriendly of all hotels I have stayed in. I stay in a hotel twice weekly.

Very poor staff. Very nice room and location, but the staff's lack of sensitivity training cancels the appeal of the actual accommodations.

The room was extra cold (it was a cold day anyway), but the maid had left the AC on 65. Took a little time to warm up.

We liked everything about this hotel and will be back!

Warm, friendly and very clean!

Hotel was very clean & all staff were exceptionally friendly & very helpful. The check-in clerk was so pleasant & the waiter went out of his way to make sure the kids were taken care of. I would definitely stay again.
