Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Room 925 AC unit does not shut off.

Very trendy decor and open lounge. Great workstations were provided. Nice selection of snacks and fruits for breakfast.

The room was huge and beds comfy.
You have to pay $10 for parking everyday!

Hotel has a great location next to the galleria and the staff is very accommodating :-) Would stay here again!

I liked the electronic accessibility of this hotel and the modern room furnishings.
I did not like the noisy lobby. It had a DJ and became a party scene at night.

New and modern.
Hotel receptionist seemed unpolished and not Cust Svc oriented.

Modern and clean, was fine for the one night we needed it. Right in the galleria so convenient location. Parking was expensive on top of hotel price.

I really liked the way the rooms were decorated and the layout of the room.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and I wish I would have had more time to enjoy the hang out space.
