Ice was not on the floors. Had to take elevator to LL to get ice.

Everyone and everything was lovely. Would have liked the ice to be on same floor. Felt very secure, because you had to use room key to make elevator work.

Convenient to downtown, quiet, accommodating.
Needed more wash cloths and the sink cup was glass and unwrapped. Could've easily been just wiped out with cloth.

The hotel single room is quite small but cozy. Liked the flat screen and the shower was nice and powerful. Hotel easy to get to with very good breakfast options. Food was very good!

Elegant hotel, Cold bottled water(Free).

Very helpful staff at front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us. Free internet available. Also rooms had iron and ironing board which is a nice touch.
