It was clean, the front desk employees were very friendly, and helpful.
No continental breakfast.

The motel is on a one way service road but the employees told us how to easy access the freeway. The ice is located on the second floor but our room had a kitchenette, and we could make ice. It was an extended stay motel, and a man told us he had been there five months. The room was nice, the TV was fine, and we had easy access to our car since we were on the first floor. There was a small workout room on the main floor. We read reviews of the motel after bidding on it, and they were mostly unfavorable. The only thing we really wanted was a continental breakfast but we made coffee in our room. There was no de-caf available from the motel however. We would stay there again, & bring our own coffee to make that is de-caf. I would like to have a choice of motels that do not allow pets. read more

The hotel was very close to restaurants.
The air condition in the room did not work very well.

Overall my stay at this hotel was pleasant. I stayed here while in town for a wedding so I didn't spend much time in the room.This hotel is very close to many restaurants, which was aw some. If you ever need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, this is it.

This is a clean place and very convenient to my work location.
My room was vandalized and
I believed it was a inside job!

I checked in on Mar 11th, my stay was until Mar 23rd. A very friendly staff member checked me in & made my key/card good threw the 23rd. On Mar 18th I came in from work {approximately 08:15pm} and found that my key/card would not work, {the door to my room gave me a red light} so I went to the front desk to get another key/card made. I then got in my hotel room and found my personal items in the bathroom have been pilfered threw and my kouros cologne and clinic facial cleansing products are missing, I then noticed my camera bag was out of place, when I opened the bag my Sony handy camcorder is gone! read more

Convenient to Loop 610 and Bally's Fitness Center. Quiet.
The halls, stairs and elevators were dirty. No computer for guest's use.

This is a basic hotel with a kitchenette. It is fine for business use. There is a laundry room on the premises for guests to use.

Quick and friendly check-in with a nice clean room, plus free internet.
No Tylenol or pain reliever at the front desk for purchase.

Nice clean hotel, good parking and nice room. I really like the free internet and the very comfy bed. It was a very good stay.

Bed bugs in bed of room. Room second was much nicer, larger and separate sofa. First room was hotel boiler room.

I was originally put in a small sub-standard room. The bed had bugs. Much larger, nicer, separate living area from bed area, etc.

Decent room size with ironing board & iron, full tub, and easy chair.
Exterior lights going on & off. 2 interesection before you can re-enter 290.

A little more luxurious that Crossland Suites. Free community coffee at front desk. Rooms open into a corridor so quieter than exterior does. Good value for money.
