I loved the idea that they accepted my offer on Priceline.
The construction was an inconvenience and the parking was horrible.

This is a really nice hotel, very clean and the hotel staff was very cordial.

The staff went above and beyond expectations.
Interior was a little dated.

My 8 year old son is nut allergic, so when we checked in and got our cookies, I asked if they contained nuts. It was not a big deal, they said the cookies had nuts and he was fine with that. He is used to not being able to eat things. Later that evening, there was knock at my door and a hotel staff member had a bag that contained 2 packages of cookies that did not contain nuts. That was very impressive to me. The valet staff were also very helpful even if you were not using their services. read more

It was a perfect stay and the staff was wonderful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The warm cookies was always a prefect treat at night.

Construction around building makes parking a little difficult.

The beds were amazingly comfortable.
There was not enough parking available.

It was a wonderful facility with beautiful rooms. Unfortunately there wasn't adequate parking, but they allowed us to park in the employee lot.

Had to pay for parking and Internet access.

These suites are great, especially if you are going to be there for a longer stay. The location is ideal, in the heart of the Galleria district.
