One of my favorite Priceline places to stay when I visit Houston.
WiFi is not free, like at other hotels.

Spacious, comfortable room.
Extra cost for clean towels, internet connection.
The desk clerk was difficult to understand -- English not clear. Had to ask her to repeat almost everything she said.

The A/C controller did not seem to be working.
Very nice hotel property at a very convenient location. Good value for money. I'll stay here again and recommend to friends.

Location.
After hours check in person could not speak English.
The hotel was pleasant and exactly what we wanted. It was nice having a full size refrigerator in the room. The hotel was clean and felt safe.

The security and layout of the room was wonderful.
The hotel look a bit dated due to the paint scheme on the wall.
This hotel is a nice hotel for a short business stay or quick trip away but no frills except for a professionally space studio with kitchennette and gourmet coffee.
