The continental breakfast was wonderful.
Mattress was a little hard.

The motel was fine. It was clean and having breakfast provided was a big plus. We also took advantage of the treadmills.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice business center.
Bathroom was not very clean, decor was a little outdated.

Would definitely stay at this property again. Extremely comfortable bed, nice breakfast with pretty good variety of juices, cereals, breads, etc., easy access to highway, appreciates friendly staff.

Hot in hallways and elevator.

Overall experience was good. No complaints. My preference is Residence Inn, but I would stay there again.

I loved the view and the bed.
The common areas were very hot and musty.

The hotel is good. The room is good. The breakfast could have been better if they would have had bacon, eggs, toast, sausage and some heated up microwave pancakes. But what got me was getting dressed and ready in a comfortable cool room and then turning around and suffocating in the hallway, elevator and the hallway again.

Everything was fine.

This was a great place to stay. It was conveniently located close to the Galleria Mall. It was a clean, comfortable hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful.

The spacious room.
Not their fault but the fire alarm sounded during night.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and had great amenities including a wonderful down comforter on the king size bed. The complimentary breakfast featured the normal pastries and such but also scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits. Would definitely recommend.

No trash bags in trash cans.

Overall, this was a nice hotel. It was in a perfect location for what I went down there for.
