The AC went out on the first room we were assigned to had to move to another room.

The appearance was nice.
The room was extremely small and no A/C. Check-in staff was very rude.

The appearance of this hotel was very nice. However, when we checked in the person at the desk was extremely rude. He never asked for any ID which made me feel as though anyone could've taken our room. The room was very small and had absolutely no A/C.

Gorgeous spacious rooms, with the comfiest bed ever.
There was a fee for use of computer and internet. It seemed high.

We loved it except for the fees charged to use the computer in the business center. Many lesser hotels allow guests to search map quest, etc for a few minutes at no charge. Lobby is gorgeous. Beds are extra comfy. Everything clean and new.

Beds are super comfortable. Parking privileges are very generous.
Room we stayed in is showing its years. I know there are others those are more recently renovated.
