They offer a complimentary breakfast which is nice. The staff was nice but made several errors. We only had a couple towels in the bathroom.

Free internet.
There was an annoying buzzing noise constantly even inside my room.

Be careful, the noise will keep you awake! Otherwise this hotel was what I expected. The free internet and breakfast are nice.

Shuttle service to MD Anderson Clinic was awesome. Very accommodating and always on time.
Room smelled very bad. Smelled like someone had just used the facility and had not flushed the toilet.

Overall I was satisfied with the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hot Continental breakfast was excellent. Shuttle service available when we needed it. Hotel had us down for a smoking room but was very willing to change upon our request.
