Great location and very efficient.

Hotel was great, maybe a 2.5 star. It is right by the Galleria on 610. It was clean and great for a quick stay. We were not there long but had no problems. Not a fancy hotel but definitely good enough!

Despite the negatives it looks like they maintained a clean kitchenette and the maids look to do they're part.
Very dated and incorrectly advertised as renovated, at least for the rooms.

Really just expecting more, and got a whole lot less. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately we won't be back. I think if the beds were upgraded along with a newer air conditioning unit and overall updated room it would be worth the stay. They advertise on their site that they have renovated, but they can't mean inside the rooms, or all of them. Wanted to like them, but we won't be back. read more

Well stocked room.
The staff lied to us about checkout time and I had to pay extra money something I have never had to do in the past.

I was very upset with unfulfilled promises from staff. Front desk were rude and mean.

Good price-value ratio. All facilities are
adequate.

Excellent functional overnight housing for a single traveler. No extra money spent on furnishings or fixtures, but common areas were clean, room was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. No through-the-wall noise problems.

Nothing really.
Staff was very rude, hot throughout hotel, didn't get roll away like reserved and I had to sleep in recliner.

Staff at front desk wasn't friendly at all. Had called ahead and reserved a roll away bed and upon arrival was told they were out so had to sleep in chair. Hotel seemed as though they turned
AC off because it was Hot in lobby and laundry room. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!
