I loved that there was a kitchen and that there were so many transportation options.
The hotel is great if you want to be close to the medical center and if you like a cozy type environment. I could hear no street noise and it was very pleasant of a stay.

Nice, convenient location, the shuttle bus to the medical center was right on time for my husband and myself.
I know it was a bit late when we checked in but I request a wake up call for about 6 am and no one called us, need to have away to set an alarm.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was courteous and helpful, very clean and convenient. The hotel needs a better variety of menus, pizza isn't my favorite food but it seemed all the menus there was for pizza and one menu for Chinese food but when I called that number several times no one answered.

Very efficient room with many amenities I did not expect.
I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. From my previous experience at another hotel near the Med. Center this was Heaven and then some.

The kitchenette, and spaciousness of the room and bathroom.
It wasn't quite spic-and-span clean, a couple hairs on bathroom floor. Overall totally acceptable.

Location and shuttle services.
The room was old and unclean.
This is maybe one of the lowest priced hotel in Medical Center Area, The employees are very helpful and friendly so does the shuttle services to the medical center area, but the room has very obsolete electronic devices and old furniture. The bathroom was okay.

Located next to Reliant and Metro Rail, Cheap.
There wasnt a lot located around hotel.
The staff was very friendly and help us a ton. Located right by the reliant center which was awesome considering we were there for wrestle mania. The room smelled clean when we got there.
