Location; good staff.
Are any hotel rooms really clean? It was pretty good.
I was referred to this hotel by someone who stays there often. It is a great location. Not luxury on any level. Staff seemed interested, friendly and alert.

The room was nice size, bigger than most hotels.
Breakfast was a joke. We went down the road to the McDonalds. If you are looking to stay for a breakfast this is not the place.
It would not have been a bad stay but after we checked in they called me on my cell phone to ask how many were staying. I was then told they would have to contact the hotel manager and never heard anything else. We only use the hotel for a place to sleep and shower after a concert and no one was in the hotel until 11:30pm and we got up at 9am and check-out. We did not get any extra towels, eat the breakfast if you call it a breakfast so I did not even understand why they were going to charge us more. We had towels for 2 and even shared these. Not sure why they felt they had to charge more for the extra people. It made me upset because we were just looking for a place to shower and sleep for a few hours after the concert. I felt like if I had not argued with them they would have charged dollars for my 2 children. Will not stay here again. We shopped around for a while trying to find a good hotel that was not in a bad part of town. We like the area because it did not have a pool or anything but we would have used it if they did since we were not at the hotel but about 12 hours. I just will watch about staying at any Days Inn in the future. read more

Good location, easy to find.
Noisy ceiling fan.
Overall a good place to stay for a night or two. Not too expensive. Good for the price.

The price is the cheapest near the Galleria.
Towels were pathetic.
If you want cheap, stay here but do not expect much. Although the hotel was recently renovated, it's still looks old and there is nothing fancy about it. It is near the Galleria but you wouldn't know it from the surroundings. The beds were acceptable but the towels were terrible. A large and well used dishrag would be an appropriate description for the towels.

The size of the rooms was nice.
The hotel may have been nice at some point, but is now appearing run down.
The hotel was clean and surprisingly quiet. However, from the description I expected a better kept hotel in a better neighborhood.
