I did not like the person you checked me into the hotel. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful.

Very modern decor, excellent hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.
Navigating in downtown Houston can be a bit tricky.

Upscale, modern, definitely worth every penny. I had a great experience in this hotel stay - everything was tastefully decorated. An oasis in downtown Houston - near theatre district.

Beds (double room) were too small.

Pleasant staff. Good location.
Only full size or kings. No queens. $ parking.

Nice location. Hotel charges $25+/day to park. Hotel only has king beds or doubles available making it tight for a family.

Very attractive, quiet, flat screens, great service (bartender went to the kitchen to make hot chocolate for my daughter after room service closed.
I liked everything.

I was very impressed with the quality of appointments, and with the service. The detective and the doorman combined to send out bulletins to city taxi companies to find and return a purse of my daughter left in a taxi, with credit cards and money intact!
