Hyatt Summerfield Suites offers the flexibility and essential services of a typical hotel but with the space, comfort and conveniences of a completely furnished apartment. Spacious architectural design gives the property a residential appearance and appeal. Each suite features living, dining room, bedroom, bath and fully equipped kitchen areas, all at prices significantly lower than typical hotel rooms. Complimentary services: Daily full breakfast buffet includes juice, milk, Seattle's Best coffee, yogurt, pastries, cereal, toast, bagels and fruit. Evening Social Hour includes beer, wine, soft drinks and appetizers. Covered garage parking. Local calls. Business Center available 24 hours a day with Internet access. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed for a $200 USD non-refundable pet fee per stay. A maximum of two pets are allowed per suite. Service animals are exempt from this policy. Parking Fee: Self parking is available for $8 per day plus tax. read more

Hotel more than exceeded expectations. It is a great hotel for the business traveler who is going to end up spending a lot of time in the room.

Lots of traffic in this location.

Very quiet, comfortable, clean. smelled clean. good ac, heat, and the mattress was heavenly! great coffee in the kitchenette. The free breakfast included 2 different kinds of eggs, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit juice, fruit, and sweet breads. for the money, really great. Be aware, the underground, secure parking is 8.00 per night. (card access only)

I liked the size of the king suite.
I did not like getting charged $8/day for parking.

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel. It was in a very convenient location, and I enjoyed the cocktail hour at night.

Great room and very clean.
Can't turn off the fan in the bathroom. It is loud.

I have been given Hyatt suites on several occasions. I hope that I get one again next trip. They are excellent.
