Perfectly situated right off the service road of 610 and is located near many shopping locations...
You will be charged for parking in the garage... didn't see any other parking options...
Great location... inside is beautiful... can't be too far from being a 5-star hotel... i didn't appreciate the mandatory garage parking that you must pay for...

The service by the employees were friendly and helpful.
Parking is an extra $16 and the internet usage is an extra $12.
The hotel is clean and well-decorated. The employees are friendly and helpful. However, parking is too steep at $16 for an overnight spot. In addition, I feel like the hotel is nickel and diming the guests by charging for internet usage.

Definitely the right place to stay in Houston since the location of the hotel is in the heart of uptown Houston.
There is a parking fee for $16/day, they don't give a pass parking card but a parking paper which is easy to lose it. I lost mine.
Was a good place to stay in the heart of uptown Houston. Close to Galleria Mall, definitely you guys can walk there.

Friendly staff in hotel and restaurant that was very attentive and professional.
Charge for parking is way too high.
Comfortable place to stay after a hard day of work. Gym was nice although the monitors for the treadmills were not functioning except for 1, they should be able to be more on top of a detail like that.

Linens are high quality.
$16 parking fee is very high for this area of town.
Very nice hotel, helpful staff, well appointed rooms. The rooms are a little on the small side as is the tub. The rooms are set up for single business traveler, one robe, one coffee, etc. but were provided with extra coffee when asked. In general, they nickel & dime you for everything because it is a business hotel.

The general location is very good.
Rooms were not very luxurious.
This hotel was previously a Holiday Inn Crown plaza. While it was renovated, the rooms were not upgraded. The rooms are adequate but nothing special.

The lost it with the small details. Ice bucket, TV, alarm clock.
My family was unhappy with the hotel because it felt like if you paid full price you get full service, if not, you really weren't really important. The clock in the room was half an hour slow, the TV had a lot of problems, the ice machine didn't work on our floor. Small details added up to a poor overall impression.

Very nice decor, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view of Houston.
Parking fee.
My boyfriend and I went to the hotel for our anniversary and we loved it. The room was great (though it was a double bed) and everything seemed spotless. We just wish we could have spent more time there (and at the hotel pool).
