I arrived approximately 30 minutes early the gentleman allowed me to go ahead and check in. After about an hour in the room the air conditioner had not even started cooling the room, so I called down stairs to ask about it. He offered to move me to another room downstairs and on opposite side of building so that the heat of the day would not be streaming into the room. I gathered my things and went downstairs and everything was already taken care of. This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you. read more
