The hot breakfast was excellent.
A check out time at noon, instead of 11 am, would have been very helpful.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the guest rooms was VERY clean. Our room was large and comfortable. I definitely would recommend staying here!

It was close to where I needed to be. It was near access to roads.
The breakfast provided was not good at all. The bread was hard. The eggs were cooked in a non tasty fashion.

Seeing the rates that they listed in the room, I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. I would expect the rate to be in the range of motel6 not what they charge. I have stayed at hotels in the u.s., Europe, and the middle east. This one would rate at the low end of my list for the rate.

Clean, quiet and nice staff.
A little hidden.

I found the hotel to be clean quiet and very nice to stay at. Very well priced for my needs plenty of room for 3 adults. A very nice weekend close to Dallas and plenty of shopping. Would be a great place if there was a ball game very close to the stadium.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud when it came on.

Older hotel very small. It had fans in the hallway, to dry up water from the leaking roof. I would not stay here again. I prefer a newer hotel with more amenities.

The lobby area looked good and clean.
Room 313 smelled like smoke and the hotel had no other rooms to move us too.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was not resupplied by 8:30am there was no bacon, sausage and wheat bread. There was no one there to restock.
