Quiet nice hotel great cleaning staff. Lots of confusion when I checked in late having a smoking room.

The staff! We were upgraded for free!
Nothing.

The lobby was super clean, the staff friendly and available. Breakfast was gravy and hot biscuits! I am very pleased with this choice!

Very clean and very roomy. Excellent breakfast included.

This is the first time we have stayed with this chain. Very impressed. The decor is very inviting and homey. The lobby, breakfast area, pool area and our room were extremely clean, a point that is very important to us. I made the best "Texas" shaped waffles for breakfast. We really enjoyed our visit.

We arrived at the DWF airport by 11pm.We called the hotel and the shuttle was sent to us.The following day we requested for a change of room and it was quickly done. We wanted to see the towns of Dallas and Fortworth. The maps and directions were provided for us and more so the Shuttle took us to the train station. When we came back to the T station, the Shuttle was sent to pick us back to the hotel. The staff (all of them) were helpful and always available, and very friendly. THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE VISITED IN RECENT TIME.I recommend it to all residents and travelers in Dallas areas. The break -fast is Serve Yourself and Eat All You Can. read more

Hotel was nice but did not get the room I wanted, so
had to pay more to get what I wanted. So this was very upsetting to me.

The front lobby was attractive and clerk helpful.
It is badly outdated.

This is an older property that needs to be updated. It doesn't even compare with the Holiday Inn Express and Suites I stayed in the next night. They did clean my room well, but did not clean up after the smokers who were just outside the door on the way to the parking lot. Two pieces of exercise equipment were not operational.
