Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and a
nice room.
Pool smelled like a sewer, the hot tub was covered in black mold and foam.

The property was lovely, the staff friendly, our room was clean and beautiful, and the breakfast incredible. However, I do have a major complaint:The pool smelled like a sewer and there was black mold all over the upper part of the spa.

The swimming pool was large and relaxing. We also enjoyed the full complimentary breakfast very much.

We enjoyed our stay very much and have already recommended it to others. We discovered that the hotel lets you park your car for flights out of DFW for free and has a free shuttle every 30 minutes to the airpot. We plan to stay there again next month and utilize this service.

Too many children, room location bad, moderately trained staff.

The hotel could have used a much more experienced staff. There was little accommodation for late checkout -- I am a business traveler and needed this flexibility. The fitness area was clean and effective. The breakfasts were superb. The location was remote. All-in-all, a very moderate stay. However, I would not stay here again.

Room was next to the laundry machines.

A very nice hotel, close to the airport and conveniently located. Rooms were very clean and fairly well maintained. Hallways were clean and all facilities were immaculate. Would recommend this hotel and will stay there again!

The location is much too far from downtown Dallas (minimum $35 taxi fare), and not even extremely close to DFW. Embassy Suites are fine hotels. This one is simply not in a convenient location.

The cocktail and breakfast was a great personal touch and the staff was great.
Getting to the hotel was difficult because of the road construction and exits closed.

It is everything it is advertised to be and well worth the price for the stay.
