The commode had not been cleaned.

The hotel was fine except for the dirty commode and the bad food at breakfast.

The furniture room was old.

Spacious, clean rooms and right off the highway.
Could have used ceiling fans instead of just AC.

Very clean, large rooms, and nice landscaping. Pretty swimming pool area. Personnel pulled my reservation up promptly and was very friendly.

It was in the same town as a funeral that I had to go to.
The cold drink machine was broken, the carpets seemed dirty.

Grounds were attractive - room was nice and clean.
The pool was green - this was a disappointment as swimming in the hotel pool would have been a highlight for our 3 children.

It was quiet. Pool area was scenic. Rooms were clean.
Not enough pillows. Bedding was lower end.

For the star level, this was a nice hotel. My husband liked the fact that internet usage was free. This is not the case at most 4 star hotels. The room was clean, and the property was maintained. The pool area had this giant tree which really added to the beauty of that area. It was much better than I expected, and I would stay there again.

Front desk staff very friendly, grounds very pretty & pleasant to look at.

Very pleasant, relaxing environment. Grounds and pool looked very nice, lots of gardens. We didn't get a chance to swim, but it was really nice to look at on the way in/out of our room. Front desk staff pleasant and relaxed (funny!).

The front desk clerk went out of her way to make sure we had the right room.

This trip was our 4th anniversary, and the room we stay in was the same room we stayed in on our honeymoon. It took us 3 tries to remember the correct one. The clerk was there to change our rooms each time without complaint.

Road construction outside hotel & restaurant was not clean.

Hotel was very clean and pleasant. Enjoyed my stay.
