Hotel was new and the staff was friendly and accomadating. Breakfast was excellant, cook was concerned about the food being to my liking, she was very helpful with the selection and availiablity of additional food stuffs, she was also friendly with conversation, something that I enjoy. The parking lot was very well lighted and gave off a secure feeling for myself and personal property. I have always been satisfied with Holiday Inn Express and now, I am more impressed after staying at the Kilgore Hotel. read more
