The hotel has real cool looks. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Overall it is a great hotel.

The dinning was great, the steak house served me one of best black & blue fillets.
The jacuzzi was broke that was one thing that was bad.

All in all the hotel staff was great, jesse, the drivers, the bell guy, jose, the waiter Esteban, were great. The happy hour girl Jessica always mad us smile. The GM though could use some customer service skills. I would recomend this hotel to any body. My stay was Marvalous. Hats off to Embassy Suites. I will see them again.

Beds were very comfortable.
Do not have anything.

Could have better customer service at the front desk. The breakfast food was really good in the morning and it was included. Sleep was great.
