Staff was friendly & helpful.
Noisy! Slamming Doors. Dirty laundry in halls.

Convenient location. Nice to have frig and microwave in room. buffet breakfast was adequate with lots of choices. friendly staff.

It was nice and clean!
The refrigerator wasn't clean when we first arrived, but they came in less than 5 minutes and cleaned it!

It was nice and clean! It's in an awesome location. The staff was quick, efficient, and nice.

Rooms were large, beds were good, and breakfast was great.
Size of sink area and size of elevator.

Positive experience. Would be happy to stay there again.

I liked the clean room and comfortable bed.
I wish it had another location for the elevator.

It was a very pleasant, quick stay. The price was wonderful for what service we got. I did have a problem with the doors slamming as people left their rooms. I know it was for safety in case of fire, but wish they could insulate them for quieter rooms.

I love the cleanliness and spacious room, your amenities were great, and the staff gave this hotel a friendly & family feeling that you were no stranger.
There was nothing to complain about. Perfect!

This was one of my most enjoyable and relaxing stay in a long time. I will recommend your hotel to all of my coworkers and friends, having all of the amenities that allowed me access to handle a situation that I forgot to do before I left town really made my experience great. Your staff was excellent and I will be back again and again. We will plan our family reunion in Lewisville because it is centrally located and will meet all of our needs. read more

I love how clean the room was. The hotel staff kept it clean and kept fresh towels in the room. And non-of my expense things were missing.

The hotel was quiet, in walking distance to shopping, resturants,The Mall, Movies. It was great to stay there.

The beds were pretty cheap, especially for the price because the hotel was not full.
