All rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access, 2 phones, DVD players, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The suites include all the above plus have a microwave, refrigerator and an un-stocked wet bar. For your convenience, we feature have a 24-hour business center and a fitness center. Our gift shop/sundry shop is open around the clock for a quick snack. Our meeting room may accommodate up to 40 attendees. Audiovisual equipment is available upon request. Located outside is our pool and picnic table area with outdoor grill. Our hotel offers on-site coin operated laundry as well as same-day dry cleaning services. I had stayed in this hotel once before, leading me to expect excellent service.
It seemed like a totally different hotel than the one I stayed at before.

Light bulbs was burned out, and I called the front desk to ask for a new one. The rude woman told me she couldn't help me until tomorrow. She told us the same thing when my boyfriend called to get the television looked at. There were about 7 channels, all fuzzy. When I spoke to another woman the next day, she said the first woman could have called the maintenance man, no problem. Because we could not watch the TV. (apparently 7 fuzzy channels is all they offer) we decided to go swimming. We called the front desk for pool towels, which they said we had to come pick up. When we got to the desk, the woman told us we might not want to go swimming because there was green gunk in the water that will burn off your skin. To top it all off, housekeeping tried to come into our room as I was getting in the shower. The bathroom door doesn't stay closed, so my boyfriend had to literally push on the door to keep her from opening it. Apparently saying We're in here! five times was not enough. I liked the cleanliness, the breakfast and the comfortable bedding.
Our wake-up call was an hour early, and then the maids woke us up at 8:30 knocking on our door.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The bedding is great. It is clean, not damp-smelling, and the staff are very nice. The breakfast is great. Everything else was great!

Clean, comfortable beds, free continental breakfast.
The pool was outside.

This hotel would be perfect if it had an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi instead of an outdoor pool.

Distance from our destination in the area.

Excellent - we were very comfortable - staff very nice. It was clean and everything worked!

Bed is very comfortable. Internet access good.
Hot water faucet not working in bathroom. When I reported it not fixed.

Overall excellent accommodation except for poor maintenance. No hot water in bathroom sink and when I reported it, Maintenance never came to fix it during my stay.
