The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable.
The elevators were very slow.

This hotel was very clean and newly redecorated. The staff was friendly and willing to help whenever asked. It would have been nice to have a free breakfast, but there are restaurants close by.

The bath tub was not clean. There was mildew on the shower curtain and shower wall. The whole bathroom smelled like mildew.

My overall stay was good. I only had one problem. The bath tub was not clean. There was mildew on the shower curtain and shower wall. The whole bathroom smelled like mildew. Other than that, my stay was good. I think the hotel is fairly new. The hotel lobby and hotel room had contemporary decor which I liked.

Changed room to more convenient, once when asked.
Dining room buffet breakfast was terrible in food, service, etc.

Pleasant, clean, comfortable room. Fun but small pool. Very friendly, helpful staff -- not always knowledgeable, though. Had no information in room about local churches. Dining room need a lot of work with chefs and wait staff.

The room was lovely and the staff were very nice.
I can't think of anything negative.

This hotel was worth every penny we paid. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, the amenities were plentiful. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, and very thankful for their suggestions on dining and entertainment. You could really tell that they enjoyed helping people.I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I need lodging in Mckinney. read more

The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. I would definitely stay there again if given the chance.

Immaculate. Nice beds and bedding. Nice toiletries. Availability of microwave and fridge. Nice reception area at entrance. Covered entrance. Nice location. It was just lovely.
