I liked the pillows.
The beds were very uncomfortable, "dipping".

The pancakes were raw so new ones were brought out and those were raw also. I have had better continental breakfast than what Holiday Inn provided The beds were very uncomfortable and seemed to be as old as the hotel. The heater to the pool was broken which was a huge disappointment to my kids. The only thing my family enjoyed about our stay was the pillows.

Great location next to the highway, big parking lot, nice cool air. teasty food.
They didn't have my smokig double room available, I had the non-smoking room even that i had a reservation.

Very clean, good breakfast,great location.

The staff was friendly.
Very dark. Very old. Creepy.

Don't stay here until they upgrade the hotel and fix the lighting situation, the fitness room, the hot tub, etc.

Front desk staff was courteous.
Bed uncomfortable; room smelled musty, public areas dirty.

Good location for purchase purpose.
The room mates didn't do the service work well.

I think that need a remodeling overlook all the hotel. It comfortable but it is staying behind.

Location.
Old, needs much updating.

While clean, it was very dated.

The staff let us change rooms because our 1st floor room had a very heavy mold smell that was making my allegories flair up and gave me a headache.
They only gave me a double size bed and the mold smell in the room was unacceptable.

The breakfast bar only had juice to purchase, only donuts for pastry items, dirty carpet in the hallway to the breakfast area with the smell of mold from the plants and soil.

Breakfast that is all.
Dirty, lack of cleanliness.

I had a poor experience with this hotel. The hotel's attention to cleanliness is lacking. After sleeping there one night, I felt like I had been bitten by bed mites. I thought I had purchased a 3-star hotel, but it was a 1 star at best. I would never recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone.

Free breakfast and they provided the internet.
The room was awful and the towels looked dirty.

Instead I get there and my room was definitely not what was stated on the summary of this hotel. Granted the amenities were there, but the aura of the place was far from a 3 star.

Location. That's it.
Green pool, internet didn't work, ice machines broke and restaurant was defunct.

These people should drop the Holiday Inn name, as it does not live up to that level of service or comfort.
