The rooms were attractive, well kept and clean. The management team was

The location was great.

The room I was in smelled atrocious!

The hotel was in a good location. The room I was in smelled like a bar. It smelled liked stale cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room.

Nice location (but not the best) on the Riverwalk. Friendly, helpful staff - even with odd requests for leaving luggage behind for a friend to pick up. Modern design. Dark, romantic. Gets very loud at night from people on Riverwalk, and loud during the day from downtown traffic - which is a slight turn off, but I suppose cannot be avoided due to the location.

This hotel cost $100 and had a staircase that was falling apart. VERY DISSATISFIED

We have stayed in hotels for years and never had such an awful experience. This was very disappointing.
