My air conditioner did not work.

The air conditioner in the room that I was given did not work. It ran, but it didn't cool the room. When it was mentioned to the hotel staff nothing was done about it. I was sweating the entire time that I was there.

The room was big and the bed out of this world.
Nothing.

I would tell everyone to stay here, wonderful price and you get more than you pay for.

They allow pets and there was a small refrigerator in room.
Room smelled damp/mildew; luckily I brought my Lampe Berger!

This hotel is very convenient to I-10 and just a U-turn away from Hwy 87 into the main part of Orange. We liked its location, but mainly we liked it because they allow pets in crates! The room smelled a little damp/mildew, but that's not unusual for motel/hotels, so I always bring my Lampe Berger to counteract this.
