The hotel was located in a very nice area of Plano, and my sister and I were not frightened to walk about at any time.

I liked that I was able to see the pool from my room.
The Television was old, and the internet was not wireless in the rooms.

The hotel was great. The best part was the employees. All were very friendly.

Staff was very apologetic, and accommodating when having a problem.
Room was not very clean, very dusty. Bathroom had hair on floor. Ice bucket had hair in it, and no bags.

Loved the touch screen TV that had restaurants, maps etc.
Long walk to the room.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was very happy with this hotel I got from priceline! I will definitely stay here again. Food from the Bistro was good and not too expensive.
