Front desk help was excellent.
The utensils, chairs, sofa were very old, and not cleaned.

The room need some work or should not be given for renting. The hotel is good otherwise if other rooms are good.

I like the layout of the room and the decor was attractive and comfortable.
Stairwells were dirty.

Room was good. Public areas needed attention, though the lobby was clean.

loved the people that work there. They are completely helpful and there are so easy to get along with.
The
AC's cuts off at 65. Meaning its on and off and thats annoying!

Love the hotel. Wouldn't wanna be anywhere else. Love the people the most.

Location is pretty close to work and no traffic.
I have stay in the same location and the kitchen never have pan and have to wait for the hotel personnel to find some for my used.

The pans issue is a little problem due to I cook everyday that way I stay.

The "continental breakfast" consisted of only coffee and bagels.

Economy suites with full refrigerator, 2 burner stove-top, microwave, and place setting for 2. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Outdoor pool open in season from 10 am to 10 pm.

Spacious rooms, nice kitchen.
Not much, except had to pay 5.00 for wireless internet for entire stay. Understandable, however, to keep the price down.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is great and the rooms had a separate bedroom with a TV in living and bedroom.

Daughter woke up with bug bites, room dirty, staff very rude.

This was by far the worst stay I have ever had! My daughter woke up with bug bites on her back and my husband actually saw one of the little critters crawling on my arm! The room was dirty and the hallways smelled like wet dog. The hotel charged my card erroneously for someone else's reservation and claim they have no way of reversing the authorization because they dint see the transaction in their system. Then after all that (before the bug incidents) they didn't show our last day in the system because it was booked separately (the front desk clerk was advised of this) we were told that we would need to vacate! Yes, the morning clerk came to my room and told us to vacate. I am

The staff was very friendly.

The rooms were nice and roomy. I liked the kitchen area. Staff was very nice and made us feel very welcome. The coffee machine was broke the entire week, but overall it was a good stay.
