It was clean and spacious.
Noisy from children upstairs running and jumping until late hours.

It was nice and clean and that's important!
Our rooms were not next to each other, but only one room between us. It was okay and we had a great time.

Convenience to restaurants and beach.
Air conditioner could not be set to run with fan on constantly.

New building and away from crowded downtown area.
Walk to beach was quite a hike, no private boardwalk and no beach/sea view.

Hotel is behind dunes and other condos obstructing view of beach/ocean. Hotel is clean and basic. Breakfast was limited - cereal and cheap donuts.

The lady at the counter was rude! Like she did like to be bothered! People drinking beer bottles at the pool!
