Old and run down.

The hotel was run down, old and need of a face lift. The lamp was broken, the internet did not work until they came out with a cord, and it was not very clean. I think it has served as housing for refinery workers causing the management to let things slide downhill. I would not recommend it.

The location of the hotel was favorable.
The advertisement was false and misleading. Upon our arrival, we were to receive a 2 bedrooms, fridge, and sofa.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, but the initial accommodations were very misleading and false. The internet advertisement stated we were to receive a 2 bedrooms, fridge, and sofa. We did not initially receive this. We spoke with management who apologized for this inconvenience and said this was not the first time this had happen and there had been other false and misleading advertisement. The hotel management took the full blame and tried in every way they could to accommodate us. We were very displeased with the internet misguidance. read more
