Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Houston - Kingwood

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff, clean well-appointed rooms, very good breakfast bar.

Good overall stay. I will stay there again if I return to the area.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was very noisy and when I told the reception at checkout all she said was, Ok. Not happy at all with our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located by many restaurants, banks and shopping centers. The traffic near the hotel was negligible although during peak hours, traffic was congested at major intersections within two miles of hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The public areas seemed too public. The sitting area was directly across from the front desk with a pathway between them. A private conversation would be impossible. The business center was a two foot by three foot desk with a computer and printer on it. The breakfast area seemed small but clean and the buffet was tasty and well maintained. Parking was the biggest issue I had. The parking lot seemed small and too tight for easy maneuvering into spaces. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will stay there mainly due to its location relative to my final destination and the price. read more

The room was clean but the AC was out and the staff offered no relief. The wanted to put me in a smoking room but having severe asthma prevented me from staying in smoking. They made no apologies for my inconvience.

It was a great place with helpful staff.

If you want to stay in a room that smells, then stay here. The bed was not very comfortable, either. We will not stay here again.

The hotel staff was very nice, but there are no stores or restaurants other than Denny's nearby. There was no bottled water machine so we had no drinking water that evening. The pool was not working so we could not swim. Our room smelled, we switched to another room, but it still smelled.
