All staff treated me like I was a VIP guest.
A minor issue was lack of room to move around the bed.

I went to this hotel for a short R&R and I felt pampered the whole time with nothing that caused me any stress. It more than met my expectations.

Location and friendliness of staff.
No complaints.

The hotel was conveniently located off Central Expressway but far enough away to quiet the freeway noises. I walked through the business park to get some exercise and felt safe and enjoyed the walk. The gym facilities are very good too.

I like the look and feel of this type of hotel. It was also conveniently located to my client.
Television reception is awful. If you have an HDTV, put a signal to use it! Internet connectivity not up to speed either.

Bed and room are comfortable. Bathtub filled up with water while taking a shower. Television remote battery was dead, but replaced within 7 minutes. Television reception made HDTV Very fuzzy. Internet connection was bad.

Nice upscale hotel. Great location for my needs.
The internet access was limited and slow. The HDTV had analog signal. Poor television reception.

I would not stay at this hotel again because of the poor internet connection and the poor television reception. The HDTV had an analog signal, thus the poor picture quality.

Restaurant was good.
The room air conditioning didn't work -- neither did the phone.

My room was extremely noisy due to being right by a major highway. Since the
AC didn't work, white noise didn't drown out the traffic.
