The room was beautiful!
The water pressure through the shower head was low.

Great place to stay in Rock port. Clean, modern, everything was in good repair. Lots of variety for breakfast from health to less healthy. Nice exercise facility and beautiful outdoor pool. Just a few minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was over the swim pool with some noise.

Very nice would stay there again. Rooms very clean and updated accommodations.

The staff was tremendous! They were both friendly and helpful!
There was no restaurant there for dinner.

The staff was outstanding (offering great restaurants for dinner and they were super friendly) and the hotel was extremely clean. This far exceeded my expectation. They also had a travel breakfast for those who did not have time to sit for the hot breakfast.

The front desk staff was very friendly, competent, and professional.
The room (bedding?) had a weird odor - very noticeable at night. May have been a cleaning product. It made sleeping hard.

This is a newer hotel in the Rockport area. It had nice amenities (pool, laundry, business center) and was clean and attractive. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch - typical of many large chain hotels now. The hotel is located on highway 35, so there are no nice ocean views. Our only problem dealt with the room itself. There was a strange odor that permeated the room, especially the bedding. We think it was a cleaning product, but both of us found it distinctly unpleasant! Also, there was a vent/fan in the bathroom that ran constantly. We think it was supposed to as there appeared to be no off switch. Both of these factors made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On a more pleasant note, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional. read more
