It was very clean.
The first person I met was not friendly, she wasn't helpful in getting me setup for Wireless, and was extremely short with me.

Over all it was a very nice stay.

Easy to find, conveniently located to my destination, lots of restaurants around, clean, comfortable, quiet, good location, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Internet available in lobby as well as very nice breakfast.
Jacuzzi temperature was warm not hot.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean with fridge and microwave in each. Nice location near local landmarks and shopping. Also, staff was neat and friendly.

Front desk was very friendly. They called to check that everything was acceptable in my room.
Outside entrance to the rooms.

I was a little nervous to stay there alone as a younger woman because the area around it was a little run down. I didn't like that the entrance to the room was an exterior walk way. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't stay there again because of the exterior entrance to the rooms.

Great place, very clean and comfortable rooms.

What I really liked about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff who went out of their way to advise me on different part of the city to go to when I stayed at their hotel. I was there for business and got bored and needed to go around town, but didn't know where. The front desk was very helpful in not only telling me where to go,but also took the time to map quest directions for those places. Great staff and I'll definitely go to this Best Western when I'm in Austin/Round rock. read more

Looks good from the road.
Rooms smelled bad.

Something that summed up my view. 3 guys were pushing their MOTORCYCLES up the stairs (to the 2nd level rooms) so they could be close by. Very poor example of a Best Western hotel - more like a Motel 6.

Good breakfast. Offered two queen beds. High Speed Internet available.
There were ants in our room and the staff was unfriendly.

The location of this hotel was great. However, we did not receive the quality that we expected from this chain. Our first room (on the second floor) had ants and roach bait. They switched our room to another second floor room and it had ants too! Our second supposedly non-smoking room, smelled strongly of smoke. I would not stay at this particular hotel again.
