The wake-up call did not occur as requested. The wire-less internet was not working, and the cable was missing in the room. The front desk did not have any spare cables.

Bought two nights for my son and his family. Usually get a moderately nice room at a two star hotel. They called very disappointed. Could not stay in room because it was dirty. So paid for two nights. Talked with management. No help.
