The hotel is located close to all of San Antonios attractions, businesses, shops and restaurants and is just minutes from the Riverwalk. All rooms feature free high speed internet, coffee makers, hair dryers, and irons and ironing boards. Some rooms have micro-fridges and pull out sofa sleepers. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

Very comfortable, clean, great towels and great beds. I left a book at reception and the hotel mailed it to my home.

I needed to be.
Front desk clerk was overwhelmed by phone calls while ting to check me in.

Nice hotel. It have ample free parking for downtown hotel.

Room was dirty.

Bought two nights for my son and his family. Usually get a moderately nice room at a two star hotel. They called very disappointed. Could not stay in room because it was dirty. So paid for two nights. Talked with management. No help.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.
We sat in the restaurant for over 20 minutes waiting to get noticed. Never ate cause the prices were very high!

Overall,the place was fine. We are truckers and it served us well. Would stay again.

Very convenient to Ft. Sam Houston.

The hotel was very convenient to Ft. Sam Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was pouring down rain when I checked in and the person at the desk took that into consideration when assigning my room. She tried to find the room where I would get the least wet coming in from the car. The carpet in the room was stained and there was some mildew in the bathroom, but the beds were comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that there is a train nearby and you can hear it. Wasn't bad enough to disturb me, but if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue. read more
