Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk

For the price I received I can't complain too much. There were a lot of older couples some families. Staff was professional and courteous. The bar tenders were great. Food wasn't too bad and prices were reasonable.some parts of the hotel looked outdated especially the carpet and some furnishings. Price wise it was good.

The room was beautiful and the view of downtown was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Just a few steps fron river walk.

I thought the hotel was a great experience! I didn't find nothing out of place.

This is a beautiful hotel. We felt safe while staying here except when we had to walk on the streets to get to the river walk. It would have helped us if we had known in advance that there was construction between our hotel and the restaurants on the river walk. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations a million times over.

Typical hotel. Nothing really separated it from any other hotel.

The hotel staff seemed overworked with not enough help, but the staff was friendly and helpful when they could. I loved the pool and whirlpool area, but I feel that this area closes to early for late night swimming. I did not get a chance to use the gym and sauna area, but it looked great to me.
