Plenty of room for me and my son.
Exit off the freeway was closed for construction. Shower head was bad and remote quit working.

Close to Ft Sam and rooms where clean.
The construction was a pain, but thats not the hotels fault.

Decent price, staff where very helpful.

Kept very clean.
Hard beds, no coffee maker, disappointing breakfast, rude lobby staff.

Overall this hotel was nice. It was very clean and close to all the tourist attractions. The beds were are on the hard side so beware if you like soft mattresses. The lobby staff was rude and would ignore me while taking personal calls. I didn't like that I wasn't allowed to utilize the sleeper sofa in the room without being charged a high nightly fee. There is no coffee maker in the room, but a fridge and a microwave. The deluxe continental breakfast was the most disappointing. There was bread, juice. I might stay here again but would definitely look around for a better experience first. read more

It was nice to have a single sleeper sofa that pulled out - but no sheets available and we used the sleeping bag we brought.
I didn't like the feel of the location of the hotel after dark.

Highway access, fairly close to downtown and tourist attractions.
Bad neighborhood, lots of construction.

Best plus was the cleanliness of the room. The hotel room was very clean, but the hotel appeared out of place in the neighborhood. We arrived after dark and the nest morning were upset to realize we were staying in a rundown area filled with graffiti, trash, and appearing very unsafe. No complaints about the hotel itself. Great room for the money.

They had a roll-a-way bed available for extra child.
The carpet needed cleaning.

The hotel is located on I35 so it is convenient to visit the Alamo and River Walk (3 miles away) only a short drive. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. They supplied extra blankets and towels needed. Breakfast waffles were good & sweet rolls were fresh. The only negative was the carpet, was new looking but needed cleaning.

It was right off the highway and was clean.
The exit to the hotel was closed after the Spurs game and we had to make another go around 35 to get to the access road.

The location was convenient and it was very clean. The Spurs game ended late and we were unaware that the exit to where the hotel was would be closed, so we had to drive to the next exit and make another turnaround to get to the access road.

Staff was real nice.
Tub stopped up, front door had gap in frame.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous. I noted to them that my tub was not draining properly and that there was a gap between my front door and door frame. They were willing to transfer me to another room, but since it was a short stay, we declined.
