The courteous staff began our stay in a great way. The decore was perfect for San Antonio and the room was great. Not the most comfortable sofa bed but they usually aren't! My friend enjoyed the bed.

This was an enjoyable stay for one night, even though I wasn't in the room long. It was very quiet, and had a wonderful night's sleep.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Overall, the hotel is great for the price. The only issue I had was, the clerk placed me in a smoking room without even asking me if I wanted a smoking room. The room was obviously used for smoking on a regular basis due to the strong odor of smoke. I had to get a room a change immediately. I asked the clerk if they even have smoking rooms, she said sometimes. The overall check-in process took about 30 minutes from the moment I walked in, until the time I got into the second room. Aside from the bad check-in experience, my stay at the hotel was wonderful. They have a great FREE happy hour and breakfast. The breakfast is cook to order giving you the options of omelets, pancakes,eggs, and sides. The pool and hot tub is also great for an evening dip or swim before retiring for the night. It's not private in any way, so there is no room for romance if that's what you're seeking. I would stay here again on my next visit. ...
