This hotel served a nice continental breakfast and had a business area to check mail.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. This was our best stay on our entire trip. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Room was the most basic.

My wife and I traveled with our two kids. We knew we had a king size bed and assumed we would have a couch. No couch. We received a basic room. The manager on duty provided us with extra pillows, sheets, and blankets - everything she could to make our stay more comfortable. Hospitality was a ten!

Bed was too firm and disputing a charge on my card.

While there the staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed is rather firm. Too firm for my liking.
