Rustic look, but was new. Felt like a cabin in the woods, in a major city.
WIFI didn't reach to inside the room.

Had a rustic look, but everything was clean and everything seemed to be new. WIFI didn't work in the room, but the table just 20 feet away worked fine. TV was an old style and small. Didn't get an option for a king size bed, so we ended up with two queen beds.

It was very cozy and comfy feel as if you were at home.
Bathroom was very small...and the disinfectant they used to clean it didn't smell too good, comforters/TV need to be updated in style.

It was a very at home feel we enjoyed the quite and felt like we were in a remote area of it's own.

Relaxed atmosphere.

Nice big room, good value. Room & grounds has feel of hill country vacation cabin. Very family oriented, so some biz travelers might not like. But I loved it.

The room was clean and the bed linens were clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay!
The bathroom had a weird smell and I found a waterbug.

My fiance and I stayed in the hotel for the weekend and we really enjoyed it! It was a cute room, with a resort feel. There was a weird smell in the bathroom and a dead waterbug on the floor, but beside those two issues, we loved the room.

Great place for family's with kids!
bugs in the kitchen area, bathroom smelled, very slow drains

This hotel is great for family's with kids. Pool is huge with various depths for small kids. Great playground. Great cabana area for gatherings. Would be nice is wifi was available in the rooms, not just public areas.

I liked the swimming pool and the kid atmosphere.
House keeping staff was horrible and did not clean after 1st night.

I would not recomend this hotel unless you plan on buying a time share. After i declined this option, my rooms were not cleaned nor were other issued resolved.

The room was extremely hot (over 90 degrees in August!).

This would better be described as a motel. The furnishings in the room were cheap and maintenance not kept up. The room was over 90 degrees because of such poor insulation. When I complained, they said it was because of a heat wave in San Antonio. I live in San Antonio, so that is absolutely no excuse. The staff was not friendly or helpful.
