Pretty much everything.

I was very pleased with the decor, playground, continental breakfast, maid service, etc. All the staff I encountered or had to deal with were what I would class a A-1. I certainly got a lot more for my money than I expected! I will definitely stay there again and bring my grandkids.

The front desk girl was very friendly and helpful.
It was disgusting.

When I first arrived in the room it seemed cute. A quaint little cottage feeling with decor that is fitting. Then I began to uncover that this place is a dump. The box spring in my room appeared to have stain on the head of it. I had selected a kitchenette, which it appears they stole the utensils from various garage sales, because no 2 pieces were the same. On top of that, the dishes in the cabinet were not clean so I had to make a quick run to target to get dish soap. I then noticed that the grout in the tile was flaking out and there were little pieces of grout everywhere, which is troublesome when you get out of the shower barefoot. One night the television in the sitting area went out. When I called the staff, they sent maintenance out very quickly, who instructed me when that happens, I just need to hit the corner near the power button with my palm and then turn it back on. I was suppose to stay a 2nd week, however I canceled my second week and I paying $5 more a night for a much cleaner experience. ...read more

Everything: big room (felt like a cabin), very nice and helpful staff, free WiFi/breakfast.
Road construction thats not hotel's fault.

It was difficult getting to the hotel since we missed our exit due to poor signage, and tons of construction, but once we got there all was well. The front desk staff was very friendly seeing that I was very frustrated. The room was like a cabin with separate living & sleeping rooms. Loved the free WiFi & continental breakfast. You'd never know, you were in a hotel just off a major hwy in San Antonio. ...read more

Rustic look, but was new. Felt like a cabin in the woods, in a major city.
WIFI didn't reach to inside the room.

Had a rustic look, but everything was clean and everything seemed to be new. WIFI didn't work in the room, but the table just 20 feet away worked fine. TV was an old style and small. Didn't get an option for a king size bed, so we ended up with two queen beds.

It was very cozy and comfy feel as if you were at home.
Bathroom was very small...and the disinfectant they used to clean it didn't smell too good, comforters/TV need to be updated in style.

It was a very at home feel we enjoyed the quite and felt like we were in a remote area of it's own.
