Location.

I didn't like the remote parking, no access from parking garage via elevator, had to go to main building and then take that elevator. I am a single female traveling alone. At 10.00 a day parking fee, I felt it should have been safer. I had a choice though, pay 15.00 a day valet parking.

Had to pay for parking, had to pay for internet.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable. I was irritated that as a paying guest I had to pay $10 per day for parking my vehicle and I had to pay a fee to use the internet. Most hotels offer these free to paying guests.

The king sized bed and the linens were awesome!
Handicapped parking availability.

I was there for less than 8 hours but it was a very pleasant experience.

The Hilton Garden at San Antonio airport was in an excellent location. The Marriott Courtyard was not convenient to the River Walk area. It was too far to walk.

Clean, nice TVs and great bar down stairs.
$10 for internet, $10 for parking. rude staff.

Hotel was good. Lots of construction around the area, so access is tough. Staff is not friendly. $10 for internet and $10 for parking.

Bed was very comfortable.
Hotel looked old, bathroom old, charges for everything like local calls, water, internet access, parking, etc.

It was an OK hotel. I expected more since it was a very well known hotel chain but was a bit disappointed. Bedroom looked old as well as bathroom, was charged for parking, internet access for a fee, etc.

Access right off highway.
Parking area had low ceiling which almost caused problems since I had a luggage carrier on top of vehicle.
