Car was broken into.
The management needs security in the parking lot. My pick up was parked out front of the main entrance and it was broken into, all they got was a cheap pair of sunglasses.

1. Staff is very profession and friendly. 2. It still brand new! If have these advantages, what are we waiting for?
If really want to choosy, the restroom's sound insulation can be improved. I can hear toilet sound which next my room. But I think it really minor.

Staff was very friendly and interior was lovely.
Coffee was not free in the lobby.
This hotel was located in a very convenient location to Seaworld, which was our destination for this trip. The exterior of the hotel was still awaiting landscaping, but otherwise everything was in perfect condition. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, both the common areas and the room itself were clean and welcoming, and the room was a perfect size to accommodate a family comfortably. read more

This hotel is awesome from the pool down to the fitness center. Great bar attached to the hotel and VERY clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again if I would return.

Nice location near sea world. The hotel is very new, and the room was very clean. We got the bid for lower than the regular price, and it was so worth it.
